Energy Consumption Analysis of Engine-Room Fans Using Variable Frequency System

摘要: 通过拟合效率曲线,确定变工况下的机舱风机最佳效率点;给出了20 000箱级集装箱船变频风机的设计方案。通过分析典型的欧亚航线的环境气候与不同工况,对机舱风机加装变频系统所能产生的节能效果进行估算,提出合理的风机加装变频调速系统的经济效益分析方法。

Abstract: The design scheme of the variable frequency fan for a 20 000 TEU container ship is given as the optimum efficiency point of the engine-room fans under the variable working conditions are determined by fitting the efficiency curve. The energy-saving effect that can be produced by installing the variable frequency system on the engine-room fan is estimated by analyzing the environmental climate and the different working conditions of the typical Eurasian routs. A reasonable economic benefit analysis method is finally put forward for the fan with the variable frequency system.
