船用B10海水管腐蚀仿真及防腐优化研究

Corrosion Simulation and Anti-Corrosion Optimization of Marine B10 Seawater Pipe

摘要: 为研究船用B10海水管系的腐蚀机理及防腐优化,借助COMSOL多物理场耦合评估软件,建立典型海水管系的腐蚀仿真模型,根据流速、流线、压力、氧浓度、腐蚀速度等的分布情况,发现流速对氧浓度分布影响较大并由此引起氧浓度差电偶腐蚀。针对仿真计算中管路腐蚀的薄弱环节,提出适当增加弯头弯曲曲率、采用钢质直管段与B10管偶接阴极保护和设备前加装钢质波纹管等三种防腐优化措施,为船用B10海水管系的延长寿命提供解决方案。

Abstract: The corrosion simulation model of the typical seawater piping system is established by using COMSOL, which is the multi-physical field coupling evaluation software, in order to research the corrosion mechanism and the anti-corrosion optimization of the marine B10 seawater piping system. According to the distribution of flow rate, streamline, pressure, oxygen concentration and corrosion rate, it is found that the flow rate has a great impact on the distribution of the oxygen concentration, resulting in the galvanic corrosion of oxygen concentration difference. Three anti-corrosion optimization methods are proposed in view of the weakness of the pipe corrosion in the simulation calculation, including the appropriately increase of the bending curvature of the elbow, the cathodic protection of the steel straight pipe section coupled with the B10 pipe, and the installation of steel bellows in front of the equipment. It provides solutions for the life extension of the marine B10 seawater piping system.
