摘要: 输灰系统是钻井平台的重要系统,主要作用是为固井单元提供散装水泥,为进一步提高输送和混料效率,保障固井质量和系统安全冗余度,双输灰系统应运而生。该文以某自升式钻井平台为例,对双输灰系统的设计原理和布置要点与应用进行详细阐述,为其他钻井平台输灰系统的设计和建造提供参考。

Abstract: Bulk cement transfer system is important system of drilling platform to mainly transfer bulk cement to the cementing units. The double bulk cement transfer system has in response to the further improve ment of the transferring and mixing efficiency, and ensure the cementing quality and the safety of the system redundancy. The design principle, arrangement and application of the double bulk cement transfer system are elaborated for jack-up drilling platform. It can provide reference for the design and construction of the bulk cement transfer system of the other drilling platforms.
