摘要: 随着技术的进步,船舶闭环电网技术目前已日趋成熟。电网闭环运行具有节能减排、降低运营成本、增强安全可靠性等优点,目前已经成为DP-3动力定位钻井平台和船舶的首选方案。然而传统的电站保护系统设计已无法满足电网在DP-3模式下闭环运行的要求,故障的配电板会影响其相邻分段,电站也不具备与分段运行相同的冗余和容错能力。文章针对电站闭环运行的各种问题进行分析,提出相应的解决方案,为DP-3闭环电力系统的设计和运行提供参考。

Abstract: The marine closed-loop power grid technology is gradually maturing along with the development of technology. The closed-loop operation of the power grid has the advantages of energy-saving and emission reduction, reduced operation costs and enhanced safety and reliability. It has become the preferred choice for the DP-3 dynamic positioning drilling rig and ships. However, the traditional design of the power protection system cannot meet the requirements of the closed-loop operation of the power grid under DP-3 mode. The faulty switchboard will affect its adjacent sections and the power station does not have the same redundancy and the fault tolerance capabilities as the section operation. Various issues of the closed-loop operation of the power station are analyzed to put forward the corresponding solutions. They can be used as references for the design and operation of the DP-3 closed-loop power system.
