  • 作者简介:封培元(1987-),博士,研究员。研究方向:船舶水动力学。刘 震(1984-),博士,研究员。研究方向:船舶水动力学。魏跃峰(1981-),博士,研究员。研究方向:船舶水动力学。 封培元,工学博士,毕业于上海交通大学,目前主要从事船舶水动力学相关研究工作。其主持并完成了多项国家级和省部级科研项目,研究成果先后获得中国造船工程学会科技进步特等奖、中船集团科技进步三等奖,在国内外学术期刊及重要学术会议上累计发表论文50余篇,其中SCI检索5篇、EI检索20篇,申请/授权发明专利10项,参与起草国家标准3份,向国际海事组织提交相关提案6份;现兼任第29届国际拖曳水池大会(ITTC)波浪中稳性技术委员,第30届ITTC实船性能技术委员会委员,中国船舶力学委员会委员,IMO船舶第二代完整稳性衡准规范中国代表团技术专家,第12届黄浦区青年联合会科技界别委员。

摘要: 骑浪/横甩是国际海事组织纳入船舶第二代完整稳性衡准规范的5种新稳性失效模式之一,因其强非线性和混沌特质被认为是所有失效模式中最复杂的1种,故具有很高的学术研究价值。该文介绍了近年来与骑浪/横甩相关的研究工作,阐述相关的理论预报、数值仿真、模型试验、衡准规范等研究进展情况,以及骑浪/横甩对船型设计和营运的影响,并结合当前研究现状,分析目前尚未完全解决的重点问题和亟待突破的瓶颈技术,为后续研究工作重点关注方向提供参考。

Abstract: Surf-riding/broaching is one of the five stability failure modes newly included into the Second Generation Intact Stability Criteria by the International Maritime Organization. It is considered to be the most complex one among the five failure modes due to its strong nonlinearity and chaotic characteristics, hence having high academic research value. This paper introduces the researches related to the surf-riding/broaching in recent years, elaborates the research progress of the theoretical prediction, numerical simulation, model test and specifications, as well as the research developments concerning the influence of the surf-riding/broaching on the ship design and ship operation. The key problems that have not been fully solved and the bottleneck technologies that need to be broken are analyzed based on the state-of-the-art of the ship surf-riding/broaching. It can provide references for the key research directions in the future.
