Abstract: Marine full-automatic back-flushing oil filter, which is used for the lubricating oil and fuel system in the marine main engine, can obstruct solid impurities in the oil and thus protect the main engine. The filter has full-automatic back-flushing filter element. After the filter element is blocked, it does not need to remove and wash the filter element manually. The filter element with high automation is suitable for the usage in unattended machinery space. The design of the composition, working principle, parameter and structure of a full-automatic compressed air back-flushing oil filter is introduced in the current study. A filter structure with mature technology is proposed for the design, which can provide references for the design and research of the full-automatic back-flushing oil filter.
