可拆解组合式船舶结构关键方法研究

摘要: 与常规船舶的设计完全不同,可拆解组合式船舶采用模块化组装、拆解,各模块间采用螺栓连接,现有的规范体系无法解决。该文基于船体梁的基本力学原理,结合相应的等效原理,提出了船体梁-螺栓强度等效和横向结构-螺栓强度等效两个原则,并将其与有限元法有效地结合,从而科学合理地解决了关于船体总纵强度和横向强度的螺栓强度问题。文章所提出的方法顺利地解决了船体结构设计审图,为该类船舶设计提供了有益参考。

Abstract: Completely different from the design of conventional ships, the dismountable assembling ship adopts the modular assembly and disassembly, and the bolt connection is adopted for each module, which cannot be solved by the existing rules. The principles of the equivalent strength of hull girder and bolt and the equivalent strength of transverse structure and bolt are proposed based on the basic mechanical principle and the corresponding equivalent principle. The bolt strength of the overall longitudinal and the transverse strength of the hull is solved scientifically and reasonably by combing the two equivalent strength principles and the finite element method. The drawing review of the hull structure design can be successfully solved by the method that is proposed in this paper, which can provide reference for the design of this kind of dismountable assembling ships.
