Abstract: In addition to meeting the requirements of passenger ships, the design of the valve remote control system for passenger ships should further consider the availability after an accident based on Safe Return to Port (SRtP) regulations. The SRtP regulations refer to a series of important systems, such as ballast system, bilge water system and fire fighting system, all of which need to consider the availability after an incident of fire or flooding. The relevant requirements of the SRtP regulations are analyzed to set boundary conditions for the design of the valve remote control system, in order to meet the design requirements of the SRtP regulations.

摘要: 客船的阀门遥控系统设计,除了需满足客船本身的要求外,还应进一步考虑基于安全返港要求的事故后可用性。客船安全返港要求涉及到压载系统,舱底水系统,消防系统等一系列重要系统,这些系统都需要考虑火灾和浸水事故后的可用性。文章通过分析安全返港的相关要求,为阀门遥控系统的设计方案设置边界条件,使之满足安全返港规范的设计要求。
