开敞泥舱架空横梁设计与强度研究

Abstract: A suitable overhead beam should be designed for the open hopper with single-row sludge gate. The advantages and disadvantages of several overhead beam structures are analyzed and compared from the rule requirements, design loads, transverse strength, and the influence on the cabin capacity, hopper weight and dredging operation. The selection of the overhead beam structure is also discussed for the medium-scale dredger with a single-row sludge gate. The analysis method and the selection of each scheme can provide reference for the structural design of the hopper in the dredger.

摘要: 对设置单列泥门的开敞泥舱,设计适合的架空横梁结构必不可少。该文从规范要求、设计载荷、横向强度、对舱容、泥舱重量及挖泥作业影响等几个方面,分析对比几种常见架空横梁结构的优缺点,讨论如何选择中型单列泥门挖泥船的架空横梁结构形式。文中使用的分析方法和各方案结果,为挖泥船的泥舱结构设计,提供了一定的借鉴。
