摘要: 针对日趋严格的环保要求,越来越多的运输船安装了满足Tier III排放要求的选择性催化还原(SCR)系统。该文简述SCR系统在船上的应用,整理相关规范对SCR系统中尿素舱的要求,比较布置于不同位置的尿素舱方案。对于今后设计和布置尿素舱提供一定的参考。

Abstract: In view of the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, more and more transport ships have installed Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems which meet the Tier III emission standards. This paper describes the application of SCR system on the ship, sorts out the requirements of the relevant rules for the urea tank in the SCR system, and compares the schemes of the urea tank arranged in different positions. It can provide reference for the further design and arrangement of the urea tank.
