摘要: 随着2020限硫令的到来,以及硫氧化物排放控制区(SECA)和氮氧化物排放控制区(NECA)范围的逐渐扩大,出现了电池推进以及如低硫燃油(LSFO)、海洋天然气油(MGO)、液化天然气(LNG)、乙烷、液化石油气(LPG)、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)、乙醇,甚至NH3等各种燃料和诸如选择性催化还原(SCR)、废气再循环(EGR)、气体洗涤器(Scrubber)等尾气后处理设备并存的局面。该文旨在通过对不同种类燃料以及各种尾气后处理设备的比较分析,为实船设计提供一些技术参考。

Abstract: With the advent of the 2020 Sulfur Cap, and the gradual expansion of the SOX emission control area (SECA) and the NOX emission control area (NECA), there has been the coexistence of the battery propulsion and the various alternative fuels, such as low sulfur fuel oil (LSFO), marine gas oil (MGO), liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethane, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), volatile organic compound (VOC), ethanol and even NH3, as well as exhaust gas cleaning systems, such as selective catalytic reduction (SCR), exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and scrubber. It aims at providing technical references for the ship design by comparing and analyzing the various fuels and exhaust gas cleaning systems.
