摘要: 随着IMO对船舶在全球区域限制硫排放法规生效,营运船舶加装废气脱硫系统需求日渐火热。文章以大型集装箱船加装混合式脱硫系统为研究对象,重点研究了加装过程中需要考虑的脱硫系统设计选型、设备及舱柜布置、烟囱设计等关键技术问题。为大型箱船或其他船型安装混合式废气脱硫做出有益的技术探索和积累。

Abstract: The demand of retrofitting flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system on the operating ships is increasing as the approach of the entry into force of IMO regulation that sets limits on SOX emissions from the ship exhausts in the world. It focuses on the key technology problems that should be considered in the retrofitting process for the large container ship equipped with the mixed desulfurization system, such as the design and selection of the desulfurization system, the arrangement of the equipment and tanks, and the design of the funnel. It can provide the beneficial technical exploration and accumulation for the installation of mixed FGD system on the large container ships and other ships.
