摘要: 自升式平台桩腿插销孔开孔设置于整个桩腿长度范围,直接影响了桩腿的有效横截面面积,也影响了桩腿的总体弯曲性能。文章论述插销孔开孔对桩腿总强度及屈曲强度的折减计算方法,进一步根据桩腿直径、板厚以及插销孔大小及间距的变化,论述插销孔对板厚折减程度或折减系数的敏感性;对插销孔局部强度分析方法进行比较,得到快速有效的局部强度计算方法,为自升式平台在设计初期快速确定桩腿设计方案提供基础。

Abstract: Jacking holes of the jack-up platform leg are arranged in the entire length range of the leg, which directly affects the effective cross-sectional area of the leg and the overall bending performance of the leg. The reduction analysis method of the jacking hole for the overall strength and the buckling strength of the leg has been discussed in the current research. The sensitivity of the jacking hole to the plate thickness reduction degree or the reduction factor are discussed further according to the variation of the leg diameter, plate thickness and the size and space of the jacking hole. The analysis methods for the local strength of the jacking hole are compared in order to obtain the fast and effective calculation method of the local strength. It can provide a basis for the quick determination of the leg design scheme of the jack-up platform in the early design stage.
