摘要: 内转塔是浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)的常用系泊方案和核心部分,其通风系统需要重点关注。目前少数国外公司掌握内转塔的大部分技术和专利,长期对国内进行技术封锁。该文较详细地提出一种FPSO内转塔通风系统设计方案,并进行了计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟。该设计方案创新性地利用轴承滚轮空隙和内转塔自身开口进行强制通风,实现了内转塔空间的有效通风。该设计方案和分析方法对于未来中国自主设计FPSO内转塔有重要意义并积累了宝贵经验。

Abstract: Turret is the common mooring scheme and the key part of the floating production storage and the offloading (FPSO), whose ventilation system requires to be focused on. Most of the technologies and patents of the turret are currently mastered by a few foreign companies, imposing a long-term technological blockade on China. This paper proposes the design scheme of the ventilation system of the FPSO in detail, and carries out the numerical simulation by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This design scheme innovatively utilizes the bearing wheel gap and the opening of the turret itself for the forced ventilation, which realizes the effective ventilation of the turret. The design scheme and the analysis method have the accumulated valuable experience, which are of great significance to China’s independent design of the FPSO turret in the future.
