基于CATIA的非常规FPSO快速建模方法

摘要: 圆筒型特殊结构的非常规浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO),辐射发散状骨材数量众多,骨材定位建模过程繁琐,且耗时费力,为便于快速建立圆筒型FPSO模型,减少建模过程中的重复性工作,保证骨材之间的关联性,提高建模效率。文章基于CATIA的3D EXPERIENCE平台,提出一种灵活运用工程模板技巧,建立圆筒FPSO模型的快速建模方法,并将其与基于CATIA的直接旋转SSY法,以及FEMAP、NAPA Designer通用软件建模法对比。结果表明:首先,基于CATIA的快速建模法,建立局部母体工程模板,可解决辐射性骨材定位繁琐的问题,实现快速批量构建圆筒模型的功能,且建立的模型容量较小;其次,可保证批量旋转复制板之间和骨材之间的关联性以及属性可继承性,减少重复性工作,提高建模效率;最后,当后期调整模型时,由于模型内部结构之间具有关联性的特点,仅更改所需部位结构,其余结构会自动跟随调整,进而减轻后期修改模型的难度和工作量。

Abstract: The unconventional floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO) with a special cylindrical structure has a large number of radial and divergent scantling, resulting in the tedious and time-consuming process of the positioning and modeling of these scantlings. A rapid modeling method that flexibly uses the engineering template techniques to establish the models of the cylindrical FPSO is proposed based on the CATIA's three-dimensional (3D) EXPERIENCE platform to rapidly establish the models of the cylindrical FPSO, to reduce the repetitive work in the modeling process, and to ensure the correlation among these scantlings, as well as to improve the modeling efficiency. This method is then compared with the direct rotation SSY method based on CATIA, and the general software modeling methods as FEMAP and NAPA designer. The results show that, compared with the following three methods: First, A local parent engineering template established based on the rapid modeling method of CATIA can solve the problem of tedious positioning of the radial scantlings, and implement the function of the rapid establishment of the cylinder models in batches with smaller model capacity. Secondly, The correlation and attribute inheritance among the batch rotating replicated plates and those among the scantlings can be ensured with the reduced repetitive work and improved modeling efficiency. Finally, When the model is adjusted in the later stage, only the structure needs to be altered is changed and the rest of the structure will be automatically adjusted because of the correlation among the internal structure of the model, thereby reducing the difficulty and workload of the model modification in the later stage.
