摘要: 针对当前FPSO船体管路系统中压力泄放阀的计算与选型都依赖于阀门厂家的实际情况,详细介绍了压力泄放阀的类型及应用范围,并以SBM FPSO船体管路系统为例,采用API计算方法进行计算和选型。计算方法优化了超压模式及阀门流通面积的选择,从而保证了压力泄放阀的正确选型和FPSO船体管路系统的安全性。

Abstract: The types and the application of the pressure relief valves are introduced in detail according to the current situation that the calculation and selection of the pressure relief valves in the piping system of the floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel depend on the valve manufacturer. The calculation and selection of the pressure relief valves in the piping system of the SBM FPSO vessel are carried out by using the API calculation method. The calculation method optimizes the overpressure mode and the selection of the valve flow area, ensuring the correct selection of the pressure relief valve and the safety of the piping system of FPSO vessel.
