圆筒型FPSO在波浪中运动响应特性研究

Research on Motion Response Characteristics of Cylindrical FPSO in Waves

摘要: 圆筒型FPSO作为一种新型海洋工程装备,逐渐被应用于全球海洋油气资源的开发。该文以适用于南海深水油气田开发的圆筒型FPSO为研究对象,基于三维势流理论和莫里森(Morison)方程,采用Sesam软件建立圆筒型FPSO的湿表面模型和水动力计算模型,并对圆筒型FPSO在波浪中的频域运动响应特性进行计算,将载重量相近的圆筒型FPSO与船型FPSO的纵摇、横摇和垂荡运动响应进行对比研究,结果表明圆筒型FPSO的运动特性优于船型FPSO。该文同时也对不同船体直径、阻尼板直径、船体吃水以及环境条件重现期下的圆筒型FPSO垂荡运动响应进行研究,研究结果对于圆筒型FPSO的总体设计具有重要指导作用。

Abstract: The cylindrical floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO) is a new type of offshore engineering equipment, which has been gradually applied to the development of the global offshore oil and gas resource. The motion response characteristics of a cylindrical FPSO suitable for the development of deepwater oil and gas fields in the South China Sea has been studied based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory and the Morison equation. The wet surface model and the hydrodynamic calculation model of the cylindrical FPSO are established by SESAM software to calculate the frequency domain motion response characteristics of the cylindrical FPSO in waves. The pitch, roll and heave motion responses of the cylindrical FPSO are compared with those of the ship-shaped FPSO with similar deadweight. The results show that the motion characteristics of the cylindrical FPSO are better than those of the ship-shaped FPSO. The heave motion responses of the cylindrical FPSO are also investigated for the cylindrical FPSO with different hull diameters, bilge box diameters, hull drafts and return periods of environmental conditions. The results can provide references for the overall design of the cylindrical FPSO.
