Abstract: The stability of a surface ship is not only affected by the inherent characteristics, such as scale, shape, breadth, freeboard and superstructure, but also by the movement or change of the load on the ship during the operation. When the heeling angle of the ship is less than 15°, the stability of the surface ship is called the initial stability. The initial stability height is the index to represent the initial stability of the surface shape, with a definite limit requirement in the relevant ship standards and rules at home and abroad. It introduces the necessity of setting up the index requirement of the initial stability height of the surface ships, and analyzes the factors that should be considered in ascertaining the initial stability height. The range of the initial stability height is proposed in order to provide guidance and to help for the development and delivery of the surface ships in China.

摘要: 水面舰船的稳性除了受尺度、外形、船宽、干舷和上层建筑等固有属性的影响外,在使用过程中,船上载荷的移动或增减同样会对其造成影响。其中,水面舰船横倾角度小于15°的稳性称为初稳性,表征水面舰船初稳性的指标是初稳性高,国内外船舶相关标准规范中对此均提出了明确的限值要求。文中阐述了设立水面舰船初稳性高指标要求的必要性,分析了确定初稳性高指标要求应考虑的因素,研究提出了初稳性高指标的取值范围要求,以期能为我国水面舰船研制交付提供指导和帮助。
