Abstract: Air compressor is an important equipment for ships. The capacity and quantity of the air compressor must match the capacity of the relevant air reservoir and the gas consumption of the main engine and auxiliary engine, and meet the requirement of the inflation time and the start-ups of the main engine and the auxiliary engine, thus to be approved by the classification societies. The rational selection of the capacity and quantity of the air compressor can greatly save the procurement cost and the energy cost by reducing the frequent start-ups of the air compressor. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, optimization and redundancy of the selection of the air compressor for several container ships. It can provide reference for the ship design in future.

摘要: 空压机是船舶的重要设备,空压机的容量和数量选择必须要跟相关的空气瓶容量以及主副机的用气需求量相匹配,要满足充气时间、满足主副机启动次数的要求,以便获得船级社的认可。合理的容量和数量选择可大大节省采购成本,也能减少空压机的频繁启动,节约能源成本。文章以几型集装箱船为例,详细分析了空压机选型的优缺点以及优化方向和其冗余度,为以后的船舶设计提供参考。
