摘要: 海水管系在舰船上分布广、种类多,且大多处于易腐蚀环境,维修保养困难。该文对舰船海水管系腐蚀环境及常见的腐蚀形式进行了分析,在此基础上搭建试验平台,开展固定流速下的青铜阀门实海冲刷腐蚀试验。试验对比了管材及牺牲阳极等不同海水管系环境对于青铜阀门腐蚀的影响,以期为海水管路全系统的腐蚀防护设计提供支撑。

Abstract: The seawater pipes are widely distributed with the various types in warships and are mostly in the corrosive environment, resulting in the difficulties in maintenance. The corrosion environment and the common corrosion forms of the seawater pipes in warships are analyzed. On this basis, the experimental platform is built to carry out the corrosion experiment of the bronze valves at the fixed seawater flowrate. The experiments compare the effects of different environment of the seawater pipes, such as the pipe material and sacrificial anodes on the corrosion of bronze valves. It can provide support for the corrosion protection design of the whole seawater pipe system.
