摘要: 船双燃料主机和发电机在利用LNG这种清洁能源作为燃料时,能够满足IMO对氮氧化物(NOX)和硫化物(SOX)排放的要求,并能够减少二氧化碳(CO2)和颗粒物的排放。如何能够确保安全使用LNG作为燃料是该文对燃气日用系统应用研究的主要目的,也是《国际散装运输液化气体船舶构造和设备规则》(IGC规则)的主要要求。文中介绍了某LNG加注船中1台主机和2台发电机共用1套燃气日用系统的设计方案,在IGC规则要求的燃气主阀设计、通风流量计算、危险区设置等方面进行计算研究和分析,总结出满足IGC规则的1个燃气主阀用于多个设备的燃气日用系统的设计要求,优化了系统设计,并满足了IGC规则的安全使用LNG燃料的要求。

Abstract: The dual fuel engine and generator can meet the requirements of International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the emission of nitrogen oxides and sulfide, and can reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and particulate matter, when using the liquefied natural gas (LNG), a clean energy source, as fuel. The objective of the current study on the application of the fuel gas supply system is how to ensure the safe use of LNG as fuel, which is also the main requirement of the International Code of the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk(IGC Code). This paper introduces the design of a set of fuel gas supply systems for a LNG bunker vessel with one main engine and two generators. The main gas valve design, ventilation flow calculation and dangerous region setting that are required in the IGC Code are calculated, studied and analyzed. The design requirements of one main valve for several devices in the fuel gas supply system that meets the IGC Code is summarized. The optimized system design can meet the requirements of the ICG Code for the safe use of LNG fuel.
