On Cold Protection Technology of Marine Sea Chest in Polar Ice Region

摘要: 随着极地航线愈发火热,船舶防寒技术面临着更大挑战。为确保船舶系统能在极地环境下稳定运行,考虑到海水门防寒设计的重要性,该文针对冰区海水门,介绍了船级社相关规范中的关键要求。根据不同的防寒技术原理,从结构设计、构造布置、辅助除冰3个方面,对现有防寒技术进行了归类与分析,并结合4种不同的典型防寒设计方案,进一步对比了各防寒设计方案的特点,突出了基于不同技术原理的防寒措施在不同设计方案中的应用效果,从而总结出冰区海水门在防寒设计方面独有的技术要点,也为后续研究中提升冰区海水门防寒技术的科学性与合理性提供思路。

Abstract: The increasing popularity of polar shipping routes poses greater challenge to the marine cold protection technology. Considering the importance of the cold-proof design of the sea chest, the key requirements of the sea chest in the ice region in the relevant specifications of the classification society are introduced in order to ensure the stable operation of the ship in polar environment. The current cold protection technologies are classified and analyzed from the structural design, structural layout and auxiliary deicing according to the principles of different cold protection technologies. The application of the cold protection measures based on different technical principles in different design schemes are highlighted by comparing the characteristics of four cold protection design schemes. The unique technical key points of the cold protection design of the sea chest in the ice region are summarized. It can provide ideas for promoting the scientificity and rationality of the cold protection technology of the sea chest in the ice region in subsequent researches.
