艉轴架振动固有频率快速估算软件开发

Software Development for Fast Estimation of Natural Frequency of Stern Frame Vibration

摘要: 为实现艉轴架振动固有频率这一重要参数的快速估算,需要开发1款艉轴架振动固有频率快速估算软件。该软件依据《水面舰艇结构设计计算方法》中所给出的艉轴架振动固有频率计算经验公式,使用QT软件和MATLAB软件进行界面设计与核心求解器的编写。基于开发的软件系统,总结了不同船体参数变化情况下,艉轴架振动特性的影响规律。发现影响单臂艉轴架振动固有频率的影响因素主要为轴架臂长度以及轴架剖面的平均惯性矩;影响双臂艉轴架的主要参数为轴架臂长度、轴架臂横剖面积以及轴中心线与轴架平面的夹角。研究成果为艉轴架设计时参数的选取提供了参考,体现了该软件在艉轴架振动固有频率快速估算方面的实际价值。

Abstract: A software for rapid estimation of the natural frequency of the stern frame vibration has been developed in order to quickly estimate the important parameter of the natural frequency of the stern frame vibration. This software uses QT and MATLAB for interface design and core solver compilation based on the empirical formula for the calculation of the natural frequency of stern frame vibration given in the “Method for Structural Design and Strength Calculation of Naval Surface Ships”. The influence of different hull parameters on the vibration of the stern frame is summarized based on the developed software system. It is found that the factors affecting the natural frequency of the single-arm stern frame are mainly the length of the shaft frame arm and the average inertia moment of the shaft frame section, and the factors affecting the natural frequency of the double-arm stern frame are the length of the shaft frame arm, the cross-sectional area of the shaft frame arm, and the angle between the shaft centerline and the plane of the shaft frame. The results can provide references for the selection of parameters during the design of the stern frame. The practical value of this software is demonstrated in the rapid estimation of the natural frequency of the stern frame vibration.
